Rich Ferchen: 

Rich has over 25 years of experience in software engineering, including as a Developer, Product Manager, Program Manager and Executive. He has additional experience in enterprise telecommunication, security and IT, as well as computer platform development. His experience spans government as well as small business, and large enterprise, for both public and private companies, in many different business sectors.

Matt Dray:

Matt has been working with IT systems for over 25 years.  Working at the capacity of Training Director, Finance Director, and Vice President within both high volume call centers and in-house finance he has had many years of working information technology experience with a wide range of infrastructure systems and software applications dating back to 1988.  Working for over 15 years in web development on many platforms, mobile phone app creation and integrations, along with various intranet & ERP systems for a wide range of clients have given Matt diverse skill sets and expertice that
